These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the smartphone application Myosu's Void Moon ("the App") and related services ("the Service") provided by Mystic Banchor ("we", "us", or "our"). Users who agree to these Terms ("users") are permitted to use the Service.

Article 1 — Application

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us relating to the use of the Service.
2. In addition to these Terms, we may establish various rules and regulations for use of the Service ("Individual Provisions"). Regardless of their name or title, such Individual Provisions shall form part of these Terms.
3. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall prevail unless otherwise specified therein.

Article 2 — Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that infringe the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services
• Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access
• Improper use of the user identification ID (UID) within the App
• Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of the Service or third parties
• Impersonating other users
• Acts primarily aimed at meeting strangers of the opposite sex
• Any other conduct we deem inappropriate
