These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the smartphone application “Lunar Timer” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) provided by Mystic Banchor (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as all related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Only users who agree to these Terms (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) may use the Service.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

The Company may establish additional rules or guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “Individual Provisions”) in relation to the Service. Regardless of their name, such Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts related to criminal activities
3. Acts that infringe intellectual property rights such as copyrights or trademarks related to the Service
4. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or network systems
5. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
6. Unauthorized use of user identification IDs (UID)
7. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users or third parties
8. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
