These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the specific smartphone application (defined in Article 1; hereinafter the "App") and the services related to it (the "Service") provided by Mystic Banchor ("we," "us," or "our"). All users (the "Users") must comply with these Terms when using the Service.

Article 1 (Definitions and Applicability)

  1. In these Terms, the "App" refers to the following application developed and provided by us:
  2. The "Service" refers to the App and all services provided by us in connection with the App (including updates, additional content, support, etc.).
  3. These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and us regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Prohibited Matters)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

  1. Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
  2. Acts related to criminal activities.
  3. Acts of modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or analyzing the App’s programs, or attempting to do so.
  4. Acts that place an excessive load on or interfere with the server or network systems.
  5. Acts of manipulating game results or rankings through unfair means (e.g., cheat tools, automated programs).
  6. Acts of impersonating other users or unauthorized use of User IDs (UID).
  7. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by us.

Article 3 (Paid Services: iOS Version Only)

  1. iOS version users may use additional features, such as "Remove Ads" (the "Paid Services"), by paying the prescribed fee.
  2. Payments for Paid Services are processed through the payment system provided by Apple Inc.
  3. Paid Services are "one-time purchases" that remain valid indefinitely and are not monthly subscriptions.
