Mystic Banchor (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information and user data in the smartphone application “Lunar Timer” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) and related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Article 1 (Personal Information, User Data, and Age Requirement)

1. Personal Information: Refers to “personal information” as defined under applicable privacy laws, meaning information relating to a living individual that can identify a specific person, such as name, email address, user identification ID (UID) generated when using the Service, and other identifiable data.
2. User Data: Refers to information collected in relation to the Service that does not fall under personal information, including anonymized or pseudonymized data. This includes, but is not limited to, calendar/reminder integration status, notification settings, advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), device information, access logs, and in-app activity logs.
3. Age Requirement: This App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. If a user under 13 uses the App, parental consent is required.

Article 2 (Methods of Information Collection)

The Company collects the following information when providing the Service:

1. Information Necessary for Service Operation Integration status with iOS Calendar and Reminders (permission status for writing access).Note: The Company does not collect or store the actual content (text) of calendar or reminder entries.
2. Automatically Collected Information (e.g., Google Analytics / AdMob)
   • Authentication & Identification: User Identification ID (UID)
   • Device & Analytics Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, approximate location based on IP (country/region level), crash data, and usage metrics such as screen views and button taps
   • Advertising Identifiers: Identifiers used for ad delivery and measurement (e.g., IDFA)
3. Purchase Information Subscription status for the Premium Plan (expiration date, purchase history, restore status, etc.)Note: Payments are processed by Apple Inc. (App Store), and the Company does not collect or store credit card or bank account information.
4. Notification Data To deliver appropriate notifications, the Company records notification permission status and in-app notification settings on its servers.
5. Inquiry Information Email addresses voluntarily provided by users and image files (such as screenshots) submitted for support purposes.

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

The Company uses collected information for the following purposes:

1. To provide and operate the Service (moon transition periods, event scheduling, notifications)
2. To manage user accounts (UID) and store user settings
3. To provide Paid Services (Premium Plan), verify purchases, and unlock features
